29 March 2012 (Swimming)

Today, I continue on swimming for 50 lapses without any pauses. After several times doing this, I realize that I can swim faster and I feel less tired. I feel that this is a huge improvement having to realize that when I first start this activity, it was very hard to even swim for 40 lapses. I feel that swimming have made myself healthier in a fun way. Tomorrow will be my last meeting for swimming and I have to stop this activity for a while and concentrate on my final exam.
