Recording for the Conpetition :DD

Today, our aim is to record Replay so we can send it to the contest committee. We feel extremely exhausted because we keep on trying to give our best shot. We still need a lot of improvements but my friends and I believe that we've gotten better than previous weeks. After recording, we fee satisfied of the result and so we move on with another song. Ms. Risa want us to make oour own choreography and by next week, we should come up with a song and 8x2 beats for the song/person. Before we go home, we think about the dance movements and we decided to use "Are you a good girl" by DBSK as the music.

22 Sept, 2010 *preparation for the competition

This is our first meeting after the break! We have been waiting to finish our Replay dance. We do finish the choreography but practiced some more for the competition. We've been wondering to send our Genie or Replay video but we've come to a decision that we will use Replay. All of us feel that this dance practice really do improve us a lot. Before, we don't have enough time practicing and none of us knew the right technique to dance so even though we're doing the wrong movements, none of us knew. This practice gave us understanding that we're actually in the beginning of enjoying dance by learning the proper way. I'm so happy because this is the time where i can recklessly express myself with my friends. We perceived on accepting our mistakes and try to make it better. All of us knew that none of us are good enough but we knew that we will be a great team of we continue on practicing. All of us have the passion to dance. I've gained the same learning outcomes as the previous weeks.

Today is still Lebaran Holiday so my friends and I can not complete the CAS for this week. All 4 of us are intending to join this dance competition to challenge ourselves. Next week, we will record our practice and contribute it to the competition.

Lebaran Holiday

Last Wednesday was supposed to be our 5th meeting but because the school is having Lebaran holiday, we can not meet and complete my CAS activity. Next week will be the same due to the long 10 days holiday.

Wednesday, Sept 1 2010

Last Wednesday was our 4th meeting. We were planning to continue Replay as the Ms. Risa had told us in the previous meeting. We continue Replay and got until 3/4 of the song. It's a great progress and she promised us to finish the dance by our next meeting. But, we will not meet the next 2 upcoming weeks because it's the Lebaran holiday. She expect us to still remember what she have taught us. Last Wednesday, we achieve the same learning outcomes with the previous meetings.
